With over 20 years of experience teaching, Christine has held classes in studios, fitness centers, colleges, parks, community centers, sororities, homes, and the workplace. Her students range in age from teens to over 70, including student athletes, new moms, and adults recovering from injuries.

Christine received her Pilates certification in 2003, completed the Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training in March 2019, and has a Master's degree in Health Education from Columbia University. In addition to teaching classes, she works at the UW School of Medicine with medical students as they begin their training in patient care.

Christine teaches at South Bellevue Community Center and was one of the first instructors to join when they opened in 2006.

“I love teaching and helping students feel stronger and more balanced and centered in their bodies. As an instructor, it’s important to see each of your students as unique individuals with different levels of fitness, strength, and reasons for taking a class.

Integrating Pilates with yoga, barre, and stretching exercises, I’ve created a dynamic, functional, low-impact class designed for all fitness levels. I love our community and feel deeply grateful that some students have been attending my classes for almost 20 years.”
